Services Offered

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Our first session is a comprehensive, deep dive into your or your child’s story — including mental health history, symptoms, strengths, concerns, and life context. For youth, parent/caregiver input is essential and welcomed. Together, we create a thoughtful, individualized care plan that considers both emotional and biological factors.

    (60-90 min)

  • Follow-Up Visit

A check-in to review symptoms, monitor progress, and adjust medications or strategies as needed. Brief and supportive.

    (25 min)

  • Integrative Follow-Up

A deeper dive using an integrative approach—incorporating lifestyle, lab work, natural supports, and therapy alongside medication when needed. This blended session offers space for emotional support and psychiatric care in one. We’ll process stressors, coping strategies, emotional regulation, and goal setting while also attending to your medical needs. These visits are grounded in empathy, trust, and whole-person healing.

    (45 min)

  • Brief Support Follow-up

Quick medication refills, follow-up questions, or focused support between full visits to keep things on track.

    (15 min)

  • Extended Session

Sometimes more time is needed — whether for more complex care, deeper therapeutic work, or family involvement. For deeper, more intensive support during life transitions, grief, trauma, or emotional crises. This extended time allows us to slow down, process together, and hold space for healing in a safe and supportive environment.

    (75+ min)

Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. In our sessions, we may also explore:

  • Sleep quality

  • Nutrition and gut-brain health

  • Hormonal or developmental considerations

  • Movement, sensory needs, screen time, and spiritual life

  • Stressors at school, home, or work

This integrative lens helps uncover root causes and better outcomes — not just symptom relief.

A HOLISTIC, WHOLE-PERSON APPROACH

At times, lab work (like thyroid panels or vitamin levels) or additional tests (such as EKGs) may be recommended to guide safe, effective treatment. These will be ordered for you to complete at a local lab or clinic of your choice. I’ll coordinate results into your care plan — but testing is not performed in-office.
